1. Who you are dealing with
Ogden Victory Mindset (“OVM,” “we,” “our”) is the platform for Marques Ogden’s programs — sponsors, mastermind, podcast coaching, books, corporate training, athletic transition, and BISON Sales OS. By using this site or buying a program, you agree to these terms.
2. Programs and purchases
Each program has its own description, deliverables, and price on its program page. The page in effect at the time you purchase is the agreement. Custom partnerships (Sponsorships, Done-For-You BISON, corporate keynotes) are governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Refunds and cancellations
- Marques Insider ($97/mo): cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period; we do not pro-rate.
- Mastermind tiers: non-refundable once cohort access is granted, except as required by law. Tier upgrades are credited.
- Coaching, BISON Playbook, Athletic Transition: 14-day refund window from the date of first program access, minus any session fees already delivered.
- Sponsorship and corporate engagements: per the signed agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, share, or redistribute program content, recordings, or member-only materials without our written permission. You may not use the site to harass, defame, or threaten anyone, scrape or crawl the site, or reverse-engineer the BISON Sales OS software.
5. Intellectual property
Course content, frameworks, logos, and the “Ogden Victory Mindset,” “Marques Ogden,” and “BISON Sales OS” names are owned by us. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use what you bought, for as long as your access is active.
6. No professional advice
The programs share strategy, frameworks, and coaching from Marques’s career and the OVM team’s experience. They are not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own business and life.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
Results vary. Stories shared on this site are real, but not typical and not promised. Your outcome depends on factors we cannot control — including effort, market, and prior context.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, except that small claims may be brought in your county of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where appropriate by email to active program members.
