Who we are

Ogden Victory Mindset (“OVM,” “we,” “us”) operates ogdenvictorymindset.com and the Marques Ogden product platform — sponsorships, mastermind, podcast coaching, books, athletic transition, and BISON Sales OS.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, and answers you provide on intake or application forms.
Payment information: processed by our payment partners (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Account data: if you sign in to a member area (Insider, Mastermind, BISON), we store your login and access permissions.
Usage data: standard analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
Cookies: only what is needed for sign-in and analytics. We do not sell or share cookie data with third-party ad networks.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, or process your application.
To deliver paid programs you purchased — including login access, billing, and program updates.
To send program-related emails (course updates, retreat logistics, billing receipts). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime; service emails are required while you have an active program.
To improve the site and our programs. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business:

Vercel (hosting + analytics)
Supabase (database + authentication)
Stripe (payment processing)
Resend / Google Workspace (transactional email)
Calendly / scheduling tools (call booking)

Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.

Your rights

Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
Deletion: ask us to delete your data (subject to records we are required to keep for tax and legal reasons).
Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
